How man gets into trouble over land transaction

Real estate is one of the profitable businesses many folks aspire to involve in, not only because of its high profitability nature, but because it also concerns everybody with assurance of high patronage and this is largely because shelter is one of the basic necessities of life.

While fortune has been smiling on many people who deal in real estate transactions, the situation is not the same for one Henry Black Moses Enabulele as he reportedly got into trouble recently over a land transaction.

According to our source, trouble started for Moses Enabulele when some men reportedly handed over a parcel of land to him to sell on their behalf but some unknown gangsters went behind to sell the land without his knowledge.

According to our source, when the buyer move to the site to start work, news filtered to the original owners that the land has been sold, hence they approached Moses Enabulele for their money. 

Moses however told them that he has not sold the land but the land owners never believe him. Instead, they resorted to beating him to stupor with mark all over his body.

It was gathered that the matter degenerated to serious crisis which eventually led to the dead of Moses enabulele’s grandfather, Pa Goodluck Uwomarogie who was reportedly gruesomely killed on January 28, 2015 by one of the land owners at Irbirhi Village in Arogba Community of Oredo Local Government area of Edo State.

It was also gathered that since the dead of Moses Enabulele’s grandfather, his children, Princess Osatohanmwen and Hillary have been missing till date. 

Sources said the land owners may have been allegedly responsible for the disappearance of the children.

With the death of his grandfather and two children missing till date, source said Moses Enabulele has reportedly disappeared from his community having sensed danger after some people have hinted him that the land owners are equally allegedly after his life.

All effort by our correspondent to speak with any of the land owners and the buyer of the land have proved abortive. 

Moses Enabulele on the other hand, according to a reliable source, has reportedly run out of his state. 

The security agents in the area have also reportedly said they are not aware of the development.
