A Canada based Nigerian, Victory John UMOEYA ran out of luck recently as she was arrested for alleged involvement in lesbianism while her partner, Chiagozi Yvonne Nwudu surprisingly escaped.
Source said she was arrested in Bayelsa state on February 20th, 2020 and granted bail on February 29th, 2020.
According to our source, Victory John UMOEYA, who claimed to be a student of one of recognized University in Canada was caught with her partner having sex in the hotel they lodge. She was said to have claimed to be a tourist, but sources revealed that she has been visiting every fortnightly since December, 2019.
The young lady who appeared sober in a hand-cuffed pleaded with the security agents not to involve her parents as she is afraid that she would be ostracized by her family the way her elder sister Hope UMOEYA was ostracized.
It was gathered that the management of the hotel had earlier reported the security agent about the unusual activities of Victory John UMOEYA and her partner Chiagozi Yvonne NWUDU unknown to her. When she came into the hotel on the fateful day with her partner, the management alerted security agents again and busted into the room where the due were sleeping with each other.
Meanwhile, the hotel management and some members of the community are still in shock about the mysterious escape of Chiagozi Yvonne NWUDU. Our source said the duo were brought out of the room into the reception of the hotel waiting for the arrival of the security agents but Nwudu managed to escape from the reception before the arrival of the security agents. To ensure that UMOEYA did not escape like her partner, the the security upon arrival quickly handcuffs her hands and took her away for further investigation.
The security agents however commended the hotel management and members of the community for their support and provision of the vital and credible information leading to UMOEYA’s arrest, even as they appealed to the people of the area to also help with the provision of vital information that will lead to the arrest of Chiagozi Yvonne NWUDU.
