At least three tankers have been destroyed by Fire at Kara Bridge inward Lagos Ibadan Expressway.
The incident happened in the early hour of Sunday June 21.
According to situations report by the Director General /CEO Lagos State Emergency Management Authority (LASEMA), Dr Olufemi Damilola Oke-Osanyintolu, three tankers were involved and destroyed by the fire.
“An articulated truck laden with 33,000litres of premium motor spirit crashed into another articulated truck while driving inward the Lagos Ibadan Expressway. The impact of the crash resulted in the inferno.
“Three articulated trucks were destroyed by the inferno. No lives lost. Operation is still ongoing”, Dr Olufemi Damilola Oke-Osanyintolu said
