Technology Global Services Limited has set to hold an online open house to uncover some of the blind spots in label printing business.
According to a press release made available to The factual by the organisation, the online open house will hold on Wednesday July 29th, 2020 from 10:00 AM -11:00 AM at the zoom room. The theme of the open house is “the blind spots in label printing”. Participants are expected to register at http://tglobalng.com/open-house-registration/
According to the Managing Director of the organization, Mr. Akin Oduwole, some experts and resource persons are expected to be part of the open house to further expose the blind spot in label printing and one of them is Patrick Pittoors, an expert with over 30 years experience in graphics business and first 20 years in large format sector, working with Signtech, Nur and Gandhi Innovation. Pittoors has also spent his last 10 years in digital label and graphics art business with Xeikon.
Another expert and resource person that will be part of the online open house, according to Oduwole, is Joe Collins, a leader of Afinia flexible packaging project with specialty in engineering solution in digital printing space.
Label printing is a unique and viable form of printing, though with its distinct peculiarity. Label printing is viable owing to the surge in the demand for quality packaging and branding, but as viable as the business seems to be, only a few are exploring the subsector in Nigeria, unfortunately, large percentage of the few people in the business are faced with various challenges that makes the business not yielding as anticipated.
