PORTBIZNESS To Host 3rd Annual Corporate CEOs Conference, Celebrate Chief Monije’s Chieftaincy Honour

According to a statement signed by the Publisher of Portbizness, Mr. James Shodiya, the 2026 edition will bring together top chief executives, policymakers, investors, regulators, and other industry stakeholders for strategic discussions, award presentations, and business networking.
Shodiya disclosed that the conference, themed “The Driving Force Behind Trade Facilitation and Port Efficiency in Nigeria,” is scheduled to hold on Friday, July 10, 2026, at Rockview Hotel, Apapa, Lagos.
He noted that the annual gathering has become a veritable platform for celebrating excellence and fostering dialogue on issues affecting the nation’s maritime and logistics industry.
A major highlight of the event, according to him, will be celebration of the chieftaincy conferment on Chief Onome Joy Monije as OMOSIRE R’ Uvwie Kingdom Effurun Delta State, in recognition of her contributions and service to society.
The conference will also witness the official premiere of the Portbizness television programme, VOP TV DCS Scorecard, which is expected to provide in-depth analysis and reportage on developments within the maritime and port sectors.
