Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta has tested positive to Covid-19.
And as a result, he will miss the Manchester City match slated for Saturday January 1, 2o22.
The club disclosed this in its official website on Wednesday afternoon.
“Mikel Arteta will miss our match against Manchester City on New Year’s Day after testing positive for COVID-19. Mikel is isolating in line with Government guidelines and we wish him well”, the club said.
