Stop Lying That God Asks You to Run for Political Office, Prophet Samuel Warns Clergies

An Abuja based clergy, and Founder of Shiloh Word Chapel, Prophet I. O Samuel, has warned Ministers of God to stop coming out saying God ask them to run for electoral political positions, when indeed God never said so.

Prophet Samuel gave the warning recently in Abuja.

Directing his message to some clergies who claimed that God has asked them to contest for political offices, Prophet Samuel said “this claim and move disqualifies you from the office of anointing the kings. A true believer is qualified to run for a political office. However, God’s ministers should guide such believers in prayers.

“I have many records of victory in leadership, you can go and check my record. God is a democrat, he can’t side any one in politics. He allows the destiny of people in politics to play and a Prophet, Teacher Evangelist, Pastor, Apostle is meant to win souls for Christ, anoint and correct the wrong steps taken by people.

The Founder of Shiloh Word Chapel warned that the second coming of Jesus is near than never before. He urged every clergy to wake from their slumber and face the work of God with sincerity rather than embarking on political campaign in the name of God, which God has not actually sent them.

“I plead with all humility, to our fathers, to stop this evil act and go back to pulpit; save souls with revival crusades for salvation; healing; deliverance by the word; not political campaign. This is so heartbreaking and carnal.  Jesus is coming soon and some so called Ministers are hearing that they are the next Nigeria president; listen sir the judgment has started in the church.  Pick up your mantle, go back to your first love, I know thy works; says the Lord in the book of Revelation written by John the beloved in the Island of Patmos”, Prophet Samuel said.
