Security Operatives Raid Hotel, Arrest Suspects, Uncovers Illegal Activities in Edo
Security operatives lead by police recently raided a hotel in Benin following a hint that some suspect are carrying out illegal activities in the hotel.
Specifically, on August 31, 2023, some suspects were arrested with charges bordering on alleged kidnapping and other illicit behaviors such as homosexual.
Among those arrested and detained, according to sources, were one Eguasa Osaro Godwin and Joana Eyibo. During the raid, evidences of prohibited activities were found, and many guests were taken into custody.
It was gathered that Eguasa Osaro Godwin, who was apprehended in a compromising situation with his male partner, wittingly escaped due to a transport delay caused by a pothole on the road.
It was also gathered that Godwin suffered severe head injury, received treatment at an undisclosed hospital, and subsequently fled the facility.
Meanwhile, the security operatives have issued a wanted notice for Godwin to the general public, appealing for assistance leading to Godwin’s arrest.
