The convener of the International Association of World Peace Advocate ( IAWPA) Dr. Chinasa Jenny Ugboaja has been commended for preaching peace in the season of protest in the nation.
This was the situation that plays out at the confirment of the Eminent Peace Ambassador Award on some prominent Nigerians.
Amongst the dignitaries that received the International Award are Dr. Bernard Anita U., His Royal Highness from the Igbo communities in Isolo and Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area, of Lagos state, including business entrepreneurs.
According to the organiser, those who were honoured was carefully chosen and selected based on thier track records and desire to preach peace around the world.
She added that IAWPA has eminent Peace Ambassadors in and all african nation’s and around the world.
In her words ” IAWPA is a body of concerned global citizens, whose interest is to promote universal peace in an inclusive society within the united nations and to ensure that all classes of people in societies are carried along on the schemes of programs and policies of the united nations”
The event had a touch of excellence and was well attended by many people from far and near.
