To commemorate the International Day of African Descent of the Decade, the Secretary General of International Association of World Peace Advocates(IAWPA), Nigeria Chapter, Dr. Chinasa Ugboaja hosts an August event to induct business Philanthropists into the league of United Nations Eminent Peace Ambassadors over the weekend in Lagos.
According to Dr. Ugboaja, the purpose of the event was to promote Peace and culture amongst the African nations.
She added that it was significantly put together to celebrate the Lord Mayor of Peace West Africa Ambassador, Dr. Alexandra Okafor (OFR) and other notable Africans who have made a landmark achievements in business and career as Eminent Peace Ambassadors.
The United Nations AIWPA Secretary General commended the Chicason Group Boss for his heartfelt support and fatherly role towards the success of the historical event in Lagos Nigeria, while also lamenting that the challenges confronting the group in its nomination process is lack of trust and believe in the campaign for Peace.
Other notable newly inducted Eminent Peace Ambassadors includes: Chief Amb.Chukwuma Afam, MD/CEO International Supply Chain Systems Ltd. Chief Amb. Emmanuel Orjichukwu, Founder/ CEO Manly Accord & Associates Ltd. Chief Amb. Giles Ezeokoli, Founder/CEO Gileson International Ltd. Miss Amb. Insinguzo Margaret, A broadcaster with WAZOBIA Fm. Princess Amb. Odilia S.A Ambe, Sir. Amb. Okafor Dikanna Chika.
