Senator Orji Kalu Reaffirms Commitment to Quality Representation of Abia North, Receives Warm Reception in Isikwuato

By Ranmilowo Ojalumo. -The Senator representing Abia North, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu has reaffirmed his commitment to providing quality representation to the people of Abia North, assuring that every part of the senatorial district would continue to feel the impact of his representation.
Kalu stated this on Sunday while continuing his tour of Isikwuato Local Government Area, where he visited Ward 5, Oguduasa, Avuvu and Nunya communities.
The senator said the tour provided an opportunity to meet with his constituents, listen to their concerns and interact directly with them on the progress made so far and the work ahead.
He described the engagements as part of his report card to the people of Abia North, highlighting interventions undertaken in education, infrastructure and youth development.
According to him, more than 100 classroom blocks have been constructed and renovated across the senatorial district, while road projects have also been facilitated.
He added that youths from the district had benefited from international training programmes and scholarships, with Isikwuato Local Government Area also benefiting from some of the interventions.
“As part of my report card to the people of Abia North, we have constructed and renovated over 100 classroom blocks, facilitated road projects, and sponsored our youths for international training programmes and scholarships, with Isikwuato also benefiting from these interventions,” Kalu said.
The senator also highlighted his legislative activities at the National Assembly, saying he had sponsored bills and moved motions aimed at improving the lives of Nigerians and contributing to national development.
“In the Senate, I have sponsored bills and moved motions aimed at improving the lives of our people and contributing to the development and betterment of all Nigerians,” he said.
Kalu reaffirmed that his priority remained ensuring that the benefits of representation reached communities across Abia North.
“My commitment remains to ensure that every part of Abia North feels the impact of our representation,” he said.
He expressed appreciation to the people of Isikwuato for the warm reception and hospitality accorded him during the tour.
“Thank you, Isikwuato, for the warm reception and hospitality, keep hope alive,” Kalu said.
