The extended family of Isiagbon in Benin, Edo State South- South Nigeria has disowned one of their sons, William Isiagbon for allegedly involving in homosexual act.
A reliable source in the family who identified himself as Efosa revealed that William allegedly involved in the act few months ago, specifically in June, 2017 but the family was making effort to cover him up and warned him to desist from such act so that he will not bring shame to the family.
Efosa who is one of the elders in the family said when it was discovered that William was not desisting from the act or showing any remorsefulness, the family has decided to announce him to the public and then disowned him.
The family also told our correspondent that they have handed over the matter to police for urgent action.
It was gathered that the police swing into action to get William arrested but despite several search, the effort of the police has not yield any result as of press time.
Our correspondent gathered that the police has searched every nooks and cranny of the places they suspected the accused person may be hiding but have not been able to find him.
Meanwhile, another source, a youth suspected to be a friend to William, who never wants his name mention, disclosed that William may have travelled out the country to unknown destination.
