The Executive Chairman Agbado/Oke-Odo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) in Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State, Mr Augustine Adeoye Arogundade is dead.
Announcing the demise of the council boss this afternoon, the Chairman, Conference of Local Government and Local Council development Area, Conference 57, Hon Mrs. Omolola Essien said “Conference 57 regret to announce the demise of one of their colleague, the Executive chairman Agbado/Oke-Odo LCDA (Alimosho LG)”.
According to the Essien, the tragic incident occurs “some minutes ago”, on Tuesday afternoon.
“We pray The Good Lord forgive his shortcomings and grant him safe passage to paradise while we continue to pray for the family at this trying time”, Essien said.
The council boss, The Factual gathered, has been sick for awhile, until his death on Tuesday afternoon in an undisclosed hospital.
There was however an apprehension on the ground that the Secretary to the Local Government, Alhaja Tawakalitu Abiodun Ayilara also died few days ago.
