Kalu Reaffirms Commitment to Human Capital Development as Another Batch Departs for China
Senator has reaffirmed his commitment to human capital development following the departure of another batch of beneficiaries from Abia North to China for specialised training under his educational empowerment initiative.
Kalu described investment in people as the most sustainable form of development, stressing that equipping young people with quality education, practical skills, and global exposure remains central to his vision for the socio-economic transformation of Abia North.
According to Senator Kalu, the programme is designed to prepare participants to become innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders capable of contributing meaningfully to the development of their communities and Nigeria at large.
He congratulated the beneficiaries on their selection and urged them to make the most of the opportunity by acquiring valuable knowledge and experience that would positively impact Abia North upon their return.
The overseas training programme is part of Senator Kalu’s broader human capital development agenda, which prioritises education, capacity building, skills acquisition, and youth empowerment as key drivers of sustainable development.
