All is set for NAMAC Expo 2019
NACCIMA President, Inland Container Chairman, other to grace event
All is now set for the 2019 edition of the Nigerian Auto-Marine Conference/Exhibitions (NAMAC EXPO 2019) as stakeholders in the automobile and maritime sectors are already bracing up for the much talked about conference and exhibition.
The event will hold at the Presken Hotel, Allen Roundabout Ikeja Lagos at 10:00am and the Theme of the event is “Nigeria’s Auto-Marine industrialization: Catalyst for Economic Development”.
The event promises to be interesting as the National President of Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) Chief Mrs. Alaba Lawson is expected to be the mother of the day.
Expected to speak at the event are the Chairman of Inland Containers Nigeria Limited (ICNL), Ismail Yusuf as well as the Managing Director Sikkens Paints Nigeria among others.
While giving a full insight to the upcoming event at a press briefing recently, the convener of the event, who is also the Managing Director of Portbizness Communications, Mr. James Shodiya, the conference will provide a platform where two key industry players that are critical to the nation’s GDP will be engaged to share ideas and rub minds on issues of national interest.
The Portbizness Communications Boss, who is also the anchor of Portbizness show or Radio one 103.5FM said the core objective of this year’s event is to address critical economic challenges affecting the maritime and automobile industry in the country, adding that the event will engage seasoned industry guest speakers to brainstorm on way forward for the economy.
In his remark at the briefing, NAMAC Patron, Mr. Raph Agboogu reiterated that the event is designed to provide a unique platform for networking and contemporary interactions while adding value to the nation’s economy.
Agboogu added that NAMAC EXPO 2.0 exhibition will create a clear framework for mutual networking opportunities for stakeholders’ connectivity that will add value to sales and impact Nigeria’s economy.
Already, many companies have signed up to showcase their products and services at the event. They include the event sponsors -Inland Containers Nigeria Limited (ICNL) and First System Refinishes Ltd, sole distributors if Sikkens Paint among others.
