The family of prosper in Benin, Edo state South- South Nigeria has cried out over the uncertainty of the whereabouts of their son, Prosper Egwasa Nosakhare who has since left home and they are yet to whereabouts.
It was gathered that Nosakhare and one Aisha Abubakar were in a relationship to the displeasure of Aisha’s father who is a District police Officer (DPO). Source said Mr. Abubakar did not want the relationship simply because Nosakhare is not really well to do whereas, Aisha is his only daughter, instead, he want her only daughter to marry a rich man.
Source said Mr. Abubakar made several attempt to stop the relationship but all to no avail, hence he allegedly threaten to kill Nosakhare after which he sent some men to his house but they couldn’t see him. It was gathered that the people met Nosakhare brother at home and allegedly shot him.
A source who claims to know Nosakhare said Aisha eventually got pregnant during this period, a development that Aisha’s father Abubakar must not hear.
It was in the face of this development that, Aisha and Nosakhare later disappear with nobody knowing their whereabouts.
However, a younger sister to Nosakhare disclosed that the two lovers actually plan together and run away and they may have traveled out of the country
As of the time of filling this report, according to source, Aisha father DPO Abubakar did not know the whereabouts of her only daughter. Nosakhare’s parents on the other hand don’t know the whereabouts of their son.
