Homosexuality: two men caught naked in hotel room
The case of homosexuality appears to be on the rise in Nigeria despite the fact that it has been gazette as a criminal offence, with 14 years imprisonment for every offender.

According source, the two men identified as Emmanuel Abraham and one Mr Oliver were caught by the police in a room naked at Avin Grand Hotel on August 12, 2022.
It was gathered that some people within the area who had been trailing them for awhile gave police information when they entered the hotel on the fateful day.
Our source said the men were beaten when they were brought out of the room, but Emmanuel Abraham managed to escape by jumping out of the compound through the fence.
The police thereafter combed everywhere to locate Abraham and get him arrested for prosecution, but all to no avail till date.
While Emmanuel Abraham may have been lucky enough to escape, Mr Oliver is already in Police net. A police source said he will be prosecuted since there is an evidence against him.
